We believe in a healthy work culture which allows flexible working arrangements. We don’t encourage colleagues to work late. We do encourage all colleagues to be themselves and in return we expect everyone to be respectful and courteous.
We also encourage inclusivity and diversity. For trainees and junior staff we offer a mentoring programme that is second to none. Fortunately for us, staff tend to stay with us for the long term. And every birthday you will get cake!
